Dr Anulekha Roy is the Founder of Banyan Consultants, and an Anthropologist with extensive experience in developing online learning products for adults. Her work focuses on solving complex challenges related to scaling new technology skills, enabling behavioural change, and delivering effective soft-skills programmes.

She has led the development and implementation of commercially successful, cost-effective, and timely learning products and solutions for corporations, government organisations, higher education institutions, non-profits, and start-ups. Her work experience spans the UK, USA, France, and Hong Kong. She has a strong understanding of different organisational and cultural contexts.

Anulekha practical real-world implementation are created using ethnographic research data, evidence-based actionable insights and emerging technologies including AI. Her solutions are relevant, scalable, and effective across different markets.

She has also taught courses at Community College, for Masters degree and Certification programmes of business professionals, academics, practitioners, and independent consultants from Australia, South America, and Europe.

Anulekha has volunteered as a digital literacy champion for ethnic minority women, older people, and individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities.  

Originally from India, Anulekha speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, and French. She is now based in Cambridge, UK.
