Dr Anulekha Roy is the Founder of Banyan Consultants, and an Anthropologist. She has extensive experience in developing online learning products for adults. Her work focuses on solving complex challenges in scaling new technology skills, behavioural change, and soft-skills.

She has led the development and timely implementation of commercially successful and cost-effective learning solutions for corporations, government organisations, higher education institutions, non-profits, and start-ups. Her strong understanding of different organisation and cultural contexts evolved from working in UK, USA, France, and Hong Kong.

To create effective learning products she combines ethnographic research method with technologies including AI.  Her evidence-based solutions are insightful, relevant and scalable across different markets.

She has also taught at Community College in the US and Masters degree course in France. She has also taught in certification programmes for business professionals, academics, practitioners, and independent consultants from Australia, South America, and Europe.

Anulekha volunteers as a digital literacy champion for ethnic minority women, older people, and individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities.  

Originally from India, Anulekha speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, and French. She is now based in Cambridge, UK.
