Dr Anulekha Roy founded Banyan Consultants. She is an Anthropologist with extensive work experience in online learning. Inspired by adult learner needs for effective learning solutions, she created a Participatory Learning Approach© framework that delivers results. It uses Ethnography research methods to gather quantitative and qualitative data for analysis of skill gaps. The interviews and observations of learners context, business problem discussions with decision makers ensure deliverables align with expectations. The insights uncovered guide strategy planning, selection of instruction design principles and inclusion of technologies. She manages learning projects and develops new products in collaboration with subject matter experts and IT teams in global cross-functional contexts. 

She works in multicultural settings with business professionals, academics, independent practitioners, consultants in global corporations, higher education, government, non-profits and start-ups

Anulekha has been a digital literacy champion for ethnic minority women, seniors, physically and cognitively handicapped individuals. She grew up in India and has lived & worked in United States, Hong Kong, France. She speaks English, Hindi, Bengali and French. She now lives in Cambridge, UK.
